can i tell you how much i love the bcs?

because I am LOVING them right now.

I wanted to update all week, and then last night, but the server was a little mad at me...

I would just like to say that USC showed their true colors last night. They are an amazing team and they showed that by the way they played ND.

Matt Leinart (former Trojan for those of you who have lived under a rock) threw his first 4th quarter touchdown today! I am so very happy for him!

There hasn'tbeen much pop or culture in this blog...it's all been football. I will get to the pop and culture on Jan. 8th :-D after i gloat a little more...

ps: Perez is the man. Everyone go visit him www.perezhilton.com

i left my heart in san francisco....

I have to leave for the Oakland (woohoo for Southwest!!) Aiprort in an hour so there is really no point in sleeping.

I got to see the "Full House" house! Haha I am a nerd at heart.

The highlights of my trip (so far)?

The 6-year-old little boy at Sky Harbor who gave me the DIRTIEST...I do not exaggerate when I say DIRTIEST...look ever. He was wearing a Cal hat and I was chilling on the floor wearing my USC hat. Then when I landed in Oakland (I know its Cal territory) I didn't make these people to happy, but it was so well worth wearing those colors!

Obviously the bonding and hanging out with those on teh trip made it very memorable.

We were at The Cheesecake Factory earlier and it was pretty packed, so we left for a little and when we got back it was halftime. Okay I was being a drama queen bc Cal was winning, but I KNEW that 'SC was going to pull thorugh. So then (while we were by the bar) I started talking to these guys all about the game and the OSU/UM game, and they were laughing that I knew so much about the rankings and the games. So I think when the rankings come out tomorrow, 'SC will be right behind Ohio St.

In celeb news.....

TomKat did it folks, and why was Brooke Shields invited? I thought her and Tom were not on good terms. Ok I need to finish packing. you WILL get more tomorrow. Include my analysis on College football in California!

fight on BabY!!!!!!!!

on the mighty Trojans do it again!!!!!

as for last weeks top 10? FOUR losses.

Bumpshack.com (go visit!) does college rankings and I've sent my Rankings in the past two weeks. So for the next 3 weeks (including this week) I'm going to post my top 5 pics and why I think they deserve to be where they are. Just for the record...in my heart USC is and will always be #1, and I still think if they beat Cal, ND, and UCLA they deserve a spot in the BCS Championship...but thats just me ;)

1. Ohio State- Still Undefeated
2. Michigan- Still Undefeated
(now if Louisville was still undefeated they'd be in my top 5...I really wanted to see them go all the way)
3. USC (only one loss and they have proven themselves...so they lost to Org. St, Cal lost to UofA and a lot of otehr good teams suffered upsets...if I was being biased they'd be #1)
4. Louisville- because they deserve a spot.
5. UF (this was between ND and UF...and frankly UF played a tougher schedule so far)

Now as far as BCS rankings go...

here is what I think is going to happen

1. Ohio State
2. Michigan
3.USC
4. UF
5. ND
6. UWV
7. Louisville
8. Arkansas
9. LSU
10. Boise

and i do believe the 2 losses is going to do it for Texas, Auburn and Cal. but once again you never know.

look at that

one day without blogging. so far so good.

last ngiht i took a good fall and smashed my head. it was awful

so now im just chillin around the house waiting til tonight's big game. taking it easy. hoping i dont have a concussion. i dont think i do bc i didnt pass out. so anyway...

football football football. UGA beat Auburn which is going to make them drop...a lot in the polls. It's going to be such a close race for #1.

This whole Britney divorce thing is so lame. K-Fed thinks the courts are going to give him custody of his kids?! Please. His album sold 6,000 copies and he's been mooching off Brit to pay his child support for his other two kids...

Phoenician McCain (at least I'm pretty sure he's from Phoenix haha) is preparing for '08. I still want a female in the WH...

I'll write more tonight after all the games.

oh...my....gosh

Rutgers beat Louisville children....

That means....Louisville will more than likely drop to #10 and rutgers might get a slot in the top 5...they deserve it...after all they are undefeated. So we are down to three undefeated top ten teams....and after the 19th (unless something happens this weekend) there will be only two...oh wow oh wow. this is going to be a weekend to watch some football kids.

did you miss me?

Yeah. yeah. I'm a slacker. You know it and I know it, and I've spent my summer jumping coasts....well technically not coasts, but you get the picture.

In the upcoming weeks. There will be a TON to write about though. Next weekend ESPECIALLY. Nov. 18th is going to be THE weekend for college football. USC (hot stuff!!!) against CAL, Ohio State v. Michigan (one of them is going down)..and then some pretty descnet SEC rivalries (for my Atlanta semi-roots). Oh yes. My pics are 'SC and OSU, but we'll see how this weekend goes. Maybe Indiana will take Michigan...you never know...maybe Northwestern will beat Ohio St....after all USC DID lose to Oregon State of all teams...

In celebrity news.....I was "shocked" at this weeks announcement that Britney is leaving K-Fed[up]....never saw it coming....lol

Now I WAS really sad that Reese and Ryan called it quits...they are too cute for words....not anymore I guess.

And lastly....the Dems have control of the house. Hmmm I wonder how sad Presi is. I feel bad for the old man. Rummy left him because he couldn't handle it.

I think that's it...if I think of anything else...I'll actually add. Big thursday ngiht game tonight. Louisville v. Rutgers. go cards!
